Chinese Woman Finds 26 Needles In Body
Grandparents tried to kill her when she was a baby because she was a girl, a particularly brutal form of gender selection.
Needles were found throughout the woman’s body, including her liver, lungs, bladder, and kidneys. Doctors believe they were driven in when the baby was only days old, and one needle found in her brain could only have been driven in when the bones were still soft.
